Cookie Policy

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites work, or to work more efficiently, and to remember information about you between visits.

Similar technologies (such as local storage) are covered by this policy too, even though they aren’t technically cookies.

• Essential - needed for the Platform to work (signing in, security, fraud prevention). These cannot be switched off.
• Preferences - remember small choices to improve your experience (e.g. whether your sidebar is open). Disabling them won’t break the Platform but you will lose those preferences on each visit.
• Analytics - we don’t use any today. If we add them, we will ask for your consent first.
• Marketing - we don’t use any.

Stripe. When you reach a page that handles payments, Stripe loads its own script and sets the cookies listed above for fraud prevention. See Stripe’s cookie policy.

We do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or any other advertising or tracking tools.

Most browsers let you block or delete cookies. Search your browser’s help for “cookies” for instructions.

Please note: blocking essential cookies will prevent you from signing in or using the Platform.

If we add non-essential cookies in future (for example, analytics), we will ask for your consent and provide an in-app preference centre.

We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top shows when it last changed.
